Q:
When you talk about openness and the practice of it. I can see for myself, I will still give myself permission to close. Very automatic.
Vishrant:
Yeah, well, it’s probably less conscious than that, probably is automatic. I found that all my closures were automatic and that I had to become conscious of them to keep them open.
Q:
That would be my next question how did you stay 100 percent?
Vishrant:
I didn’t, I failed 1000s of times but my intention was to be open. And I made openness more important than anything else. It was a, that was my spiritual practice in a lot, for a long time.
How open can I remain while under fire?
While people are disagreeing with me possibly abusing me, lying, betraying all of the things that we close over?
How well could I do to stay open while under fire?
